How long does it take to receive my order?
The turnaround time for an order varies depending on the complexity of the order. We will provide you with an estimated completion date after discussin the details for your order – if it is a custom illustration.
What are your payment terms?
Full payment at time of purchase.
What are your business hours?
Our business hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday. However, we are closed on weekends and major holidays so we will not be replying to emails during those events.
Additionally, we offer online browsing/shopping options 24/7 through our website, where you can purchase our products at any time.
How do I place an order?
Once you’ve made an account, you can place an order by adding the item to your shopping cart and check out from there, or contact us via email and together we’ll see what possible option would work for the both of us.
What is your return/refund policy?
I do not offer/accept returns or refunds for custom pieces.
If your order is completed and ready to ship, that will be the final outcome. This is because of all the time and hard work that goes behind the designs and I can’t let it go to waste.
If we have just started your design but you no longer want it, we will refund 50% of the total cost due to the time and effort that went into it.
However, if you believe there has been a mistake with your order, I recommend you email us with your order information, an image as evidence and your reason as to why you would like a refund or return and we will assist you with what options we have for you.
If your reason for a return or refund is valid, then we are more than happy to replace your product or issue a full refund, excluding shhipping costs.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunelty, we do not ship world wide as of yet. However, digital peices are international, as you would receive your illustration by email in one week, excluding business days.
We ship in Canada and to the US.
